This application works seamlessly with the professional's browser software, providing the consumer with effortless access to the training programs shared by the professional.

In the application, the user can keep a series-specific training diary, mark the training as completed, mark their own exercise performance in the calendar, and monitor sleep and weight. These markings are also visible to the coach, making monitoring easier.

You can add a coach or several coaches to your account, as well as join a group.
